1. Where do you deliver within the UAE?
We deliver to all residential and commercial addresses across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Whether you're in a city or a remote area, we've got you covered.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri).
3. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping fees are based on your order value:
Orders below AED 199.00: AED 15.00 delivery charge
Orders AED 199.00 and above: Free shipping
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on our website or through the courier's tracking platform.
5. What happens if my order is damaged or undelivered?
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours and provide clear images of the product and packaging.
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the order may return to our warehouse and re-delivery charges may apply.
To avoid issues, ensure your shipping information is accurate.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
7. Are there any return costs or restocking fees?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
Returns are free for defective products and also free in cases of customer remorse.

Returns can be made in-store or by mail.
9. What items are non-returnable?
The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety concerns:
Opened cosmetics or fragrances
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
Personal care or sanitary items
Hazardous or flammable products
10. When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven't received it, contact us.
